Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:


  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any damage, stains, or odors



Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or the product is damaged after delivery.


To request a return or exchange, contact us at kewinworks@gmail.com with your order details within 7 days of receiving your order.


After your request is approved, return instructions will be shared. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.



Damaged or Wrong Products



Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds



Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
